KIND MOSpeedboard is a trackside speed limit sign.
This asset type inherits all KIND Scenery-trackside characteristics. In practice, there is no reason to create an asset as KIND MOSpeedboard as opposed to KIND Scenery-trackside. This is a legacy distinction which has no in-game effect whatsoever. The asset type is still valid and is documented here for completeness, however it is likely to be phased out in future asset versions.

MOSpeedboards do not introduce new tags - all speed limit functionality is contained in the parent KIND Scenery-trackside object.
