The list of drivers available on the Driver in the current session is showed on the left side of the screen on the left of every unit, alongside the current command and the consist they operate. The current driver is located on the left bottom corner. If the left side menu is not shown, LMC twice on the picture of the current driver on the left bottom corner to make the the menu appear. To minimize it, LMC on the current driver's picture again.
To make the current driver leave the train, RMC on his portrait and select "Get off Train". To move a driver into an empty train, RMC on his picture and select "Move to train..." And LMC on the Train you wish him to drive.
