The new Edit Menu was introduced in the Trainz Plus update Q1, 2019. This is part of an ongoing unification of the interface and code between Driver and Surveyor to standardize operations.

Surveyor
Each option in this menu opens a new Edit Window (these options were previously listed under the Main Menu).
