SAR Yandiah

Commodities:  Goods          Distance from Gladstone:  40¼ kms, 25 miles Unmanned location on the  Gladstone-Wilmington Line . A goods loop. The Gladstone-Wilmington Line is unsignalled. Train Order working is in operation on the line. The line was closed in 1990 and the track has since been removed. The former right-of-way from Booleroo Centre to Wilmington has been converted into a rail trail, the Southern Flinders Rail Trail, that will eventually run the entire length of the line to Gladstone. The section from Stone Hut to Booleroo Centre is currently under construction.
