The Startup Options Rule is an obsolete rule which allows you to set some basic configuration values for a session. This rule is now obsoleted by the QuickDrive Rule, which provides all the same configuration options and several more. The QuickDrive Rule also provides other optional Quickdrive functionality such as real-time train placement within Driver.
