Notch data in the '<container>' container is out of order. Each notch must be greater than the last.
The notch entries in an engine spec power or brake graph must be listed in ascending order, as the graph reader relies on ordering to interpolate between notches. Out-of-order notches would produce an incorrect power output.
List the notch sub-containers so that each notch number is greater than the one before it.
