mesh (initiator)

This tag is only compulsory if you have a initiator container.

When a "initiator" container is contained in the mesh-table for a bridge config file, it is the kuid/kuid2 for the starting mesh of the bridge. This is the first section of the bridge that will be drawn Trainz surveyor.
