No overridden function found when calling inherited().

Reported by the TrainzScript compiler when a function calls 'inherited()', but no function of the same name exists in any parent class. At runtime this call would throw a script exception.

'inherited()' should only be used inside a function that genuinely overrides a parent class function. If the function is new (not an override), remove the 'inherited()' call. If it is meant to be an override, check that a parent class really declares a matching function, and that the parameter list matches.

For assets with trainz-build >=5.6 this is an error; on earlier content it is a warning.
