The '<tag>' tag in voiceover line '<line>' conflicts with 'variations' container and must be removed.
A voiceover line provides a 'variations' container (used to supply several alternative recordings or subtitles for the same line), but it also has a top-level '<tag>' such as 'audio-file' or 'subtitle'. A line must use one approach or the other, not both.
To resolve the error, move the top-level data into the 'variations' container.
