No power data for topmost notch in '<container>' container. Power curve expects <count> throttle notches, but highest found was <value>.

An engine assets throttle-power or dynamic-brake graph does not provide data all the way up to the highest throttle notch. When the top notches have no data, the highest notch that does have data is reused for everything above it, which makes those higher notches behave identically and serve no purpose.

Either add power data for the missing top notch(es), or reduce the motor's 'throttle-notches' so it matches the range of data you have provided. You do not need an entry for every notch in between - the game interpolates gaps - but the topmost notch must be present, as data is never extrapolated beyond the provided range.
